The incident occurred at a São Paulo hotel where Jorginho’s family was staying ahead of Roan’s headlining set at Lollapalooza Brazil. Jorginho shared that his daughter was excited to see Roan at the hotel restaurant during breakfast but was left in tears after a security guard allegedly confronted them in an aggressive manner.
Chappell Roan responded to the claim, stating that she did not see the family and did not ask her security to approach them. She assured her fans that she does not hate children and is sorry that the family felt uncomfortable. The mayor has invited Jorginho’s daughter to attend the upcoming Todo Mundo no Rio event as an honored guest, while Roan will not be allowed to perform at the event as long as Cavaliere remains in office.
