Live music in Spain has seen a significant surge in revenue, reaching €807.2 million (over $930 million) from ticket sales in 2025. This represents an 11.24% increase from the previous year, according to the 2026 Yearbook of the Association of Musical Promoters (APM). The growth is attributed to an increase in concerts and festivals, as well as the consolidation of large-scale formats in high-capacity venues.
The report highlights the impact of live events on sectors such as tourism, hospitality, and commerce. Notably, Aitana became the first woman to enter the top 10 of the national ranking with her Metamorfosis Season tour, selling 153,198 tickets. The top spots were dominated by Joaquín Sabina, Manuel Carrasco, and Antonio Orozco, with Ed Sheeran leading the international artists category. Festivals also played a significant role, with Arenal Sound being the largest event, followed by Primavera Sound Barcelona and Viña Rock.
